Postage & Packing
We aim to post your cards within 24 hours of your order, and we always post prioritaire. For parcels we always use the Colissimo parcel service, which means that you can track your parcel with a unique tracking number. We will email you as soon as your order has been dispatched, and your order should reach you within 3 - 5 working days. Orders placed after 10 am on Saturday mornings will be posted on the following Monday morning.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your cards, but in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us in its original packing and we will either offer you a refund or an exchange.
Postal Rates
P&P rates are as follows: Products up to €4.99, P&P = €1.50. Products up to €9.99, P&P = €2.50. Products up to €15.99, P&P = €3.00. Products up to €19.99, P&P = €3.50. Products over €20.00, P&P is free.
